VBeam®Laser

Are you embarrassed by excessive facial redness or by pigmented skin imperfections?

Find out how the VBeam® laser can target your skin concerns comfortably and without major side effects.
What is the VBeam® Laser?

Over-the-counter treatments that promise results can often end up further damaging your skin, but at Remedies Skin and Laser we offer safe and effective VBeam® laser treatments to reduce the appearance of these conditions and restore your skin’s natural beauty.

The VBeam® is a pulsed dye laser, meaning it delivers laser energy in pulses and utilizes different colored dye-responsive laser beams depending on the extent of the treatment. The laser pulses safely bypass the surface of the skin, targeting pigmented veins and lesions at the source. The laser energy then converts to heat, safely coagulating the hemoglobin in skin lesions and clearing them from the skin without causing any damage to healthy skin or tissues.

What Can the VBeam® Laser Treat?

This state-of-the-art vascular laser can help treat a wide range of skin concerns, including:

  • Rosacea

  • Small clumps of blood vessels

  • Port Wine Stain birthmarks

  • Warts

  • Certain types of scarring

  • Sun damage

  • And more!

Am I a Good Candidate for VBeam® Laser Treatment?

Men and women who have excessive facial redness in the cheeks, nose, chin and other parts of the face may be candidates for this safe and effective treatment. Pregnant women and patients who have contraindicating medical conditions may require further evaluation before treatment is approved.

Is There Any Recovery Time?

While the VBeam® laser can effectively target skin imperfections without hurting the integrity of the surface or underlying tissues, some slight bruising may occur at treatment sites. This common side effect is temporary and should subside shortly after treatment. Protective eyewear will be provided by our medical team in order to protect your eyes from the intensity of the laser.

How Many Sessions Will I Need?

Depending on your individual condition, multiple treatment sessions may be necessary in order to achieve your aesthetic goals. During your consultation with our medical team, these factors will be assessed in order to create a treatment plan for you and determine how many treatments you may need.
