Lori began her career in the beauty industry in California over 30 years ago. She continued her aesthetic studies in Italy and when she returned to the United States, she pursued a Nursing degree and worked with hospice and wound care patients. Ultimately skin care was her passion.

She opened her skin care clinic in Maryland in 1996 and continued her studies under leading European skin experts. She also began teaching and speaking globally about emerging skin care practices, laser treatments and aesthetics. 18 years ago, Lori began to research laser technologies to achieve optimal results for anti-aging and to successfully treat different types of skin conditions for her patients. She now is sought out by physicians and skin care experts to consult, speak and teach professional practices throughout the world. In 2012, she moved her successful skin care clinic to Northern Virginia and is expanding to a full medical spa.

Lori has assembled a team of professional experts to provide safe, effective, and innovative treatments and therapies. The team has worked for several years in their fields of expertise and enjoys sharing the knowledge and skills they have acquired as well as learning new treatment options together in this rapidly changing field. Lori is certified on N-lite, Aura, Candella, Endymed, Infini, Cold Laser, Fraxel, Clearlift, IPL, Radio frequency and Vbeam laser technologies. She is the team leader and is dedicated to bringing you healthy-effect skin treatments.

Dr. Ronald S. Perlman is a highly skilled and well-established Plastic Surgeon who has been practicing in the Washington, D.C. area for over 25 years. His successful business includes patients from the Metropolitan area as well as those from across the United States and internationally.

Dr. Perlman graduated Magna Cum Laude from American University with his undergraduate degree and received his medical degree from Howard University. He completed his residency at Georgetown University Hospital and completed a Hand and Micro Vascular fellowship at the University of Alabama Hospital. He is a member of the National Capital Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Perlman has appeared on many T.V. and radio programs discussing the various aspects of cosmetic, reconstructive and laser surgery. He has also served as judge for a number of beauty pageants including, Hawaiian Tropic, Miss USA and Mrs. USA.

Dr. Perlman specializes in Breast Augmentation, Liposuction, Breast Reduction (Male & Female), Tummy Tuck, Facial, Eye and Nose surgery as well as providing Botox and a number of facial fillers. He has two licensed aestheticians available to provide skin care services and to assist patients both pre-operatively and post-operatively.

Dr. Perlman sits as Chairman of the Board for Second Chance Employment Services. A non-profit organization that assists women in abusive situations to obtain gainful employment. Second Chance offers education, counseling and healthcare for these women and their families. Dr. Perlman has provided many pro-bono services to assist those involved with Second Chance for the past six years. It gives him great pleasure to provide such services and improve one’s appearance so they may regain their confidence and self-esteem.

Since moving to the Medical Office Building on the Sibley Memorial Johns Hopkins complex, Dr. Perlman has helped support the Sullivan Breast Health Center by having a yearly fundraiser in October to benefit breast cancer patients. 

Dawn Mills , RN, MSNMs Mills starting training with fillers in Los Angeles working with patients with volume loss due to preexisting medical conditions. She continued her training in both medical aesthetic as well completing her MSN at the University of Pittsburgh Her approach with fillers and neurotoxins are to help the client achieve a naturally beautiful appearance.
